Responsible for all phases of structural engineering services and management, including preparing fee
proposals, meeting with clients, owners and their attorneys, structural investigations, assessment of
existing structures, production of construction documents, construction supervision, observations and
inspection, shop drawings and contract submittals review. Leads the firm in wood framing projects.
Designed and supervised construction of high security clearance government projects for: the Secret
service, Air Force Bases, FEMA HQ, DoED DOJ and HUD, including design for blast protection. Have

Finite Element Analysis
Dr. Guil Protus, P.E. is a registered Professional Engineer with over 35 years of experience
in soil and rock mechanics modeling for dynamic loads. Dr. Protus is an expert in soil and
rock structural interaction having performed finite element analysis of concrete and steel
structures that interact with soil and rock to analyze how the entire system will perform
under both static and dynamic loading. He has recently modeled stress fields for a concrete
lined tunnel, tieback anchor interaction, combination cantilever H-pile, and mechanically
stabilized earth support structure and shotcrete lining of tunnels. He modeled the integrity
of the Norton Mine in Ohio for static and high pressure air loads, and prepared conceptual
shaft plug designs.

comprehensive zoning proposals for several mixed-use, high-rise and high-density
residential and commercial development and rededevelopment projects for major

Dr. Alexander Klaus
Alexander Klaus, PHD is an Economist, he provides general management, project
administration, training, business planning, investment project development, consulting,
privatization, auditing his global experience is provided from our Washington area offices
and is procured by the diplomatic community for a variety of private and public projects. He
has 10 years of lecturing experience and implementation of training programs in
economics, marketing, management (financial and investment management), banking and
micro-crediting; facilitating of conferences, workshops and seminars. He has also spent 5
years in legislation drafting for regional economic and business environment development
(including privatization, SME development, public finance and procurement). In addition, intl.
state companies privatization and restructuring, management consulting, projects

Greg Ammons, VP Communications
Greg has 25 years in radio and television as a director, producer, research writer and
reporter,
covering multiple subjects including business, IT, corporate and education programs. His
most recent stint was as a feature reporter covering hi-tech issues for WWRC's "Business
Radio AM 570." He partnered with a small group to form HBA Visual Productions,
producers of television commercials; and has been involved in international business
development for the Arab Network of America; and Washington producer for the United
Broadcasting Network. Greg has won numerous awards for his work and holds a B.A. in
Communications from the University of Massachusetts, 1990.
